Terms and Conditions Jambitoto — Rights and Responsibility You as a Member

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the jambitoto platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services provided by jambitoto. These Terms take effect from the date you register as a member or access any part of our platform.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing your account, or using any jambitoto service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the jambitoto platform.

2. Membership Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account on jambitoto at any one time. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, or different details, is a serious violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required include:

• Full name as stated in your official identification document.
• Valid identification card number (MyKad) or passport number.
• Exact date of birth.
• An active email address that belongs to you.
• Mobile phone number registered under your name.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Jambitoto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, please contact the jambitoto support team immediately via our live chat.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Jambitoto supports a range of local payment methods to facilitate your financial transactions, including DuitNow, TnG eWallet, Boost, FPX, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's payment page.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under your own name.

6. Game Rules

• Disrupting platform operations through cyberattacks, spam, or any other damaging methods.

Jambitoto reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination without notice, if any of the above prohibitions are violated.

8. Account Termination

Termination by Member: You may close your jambitoto account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any valid remaining funds in your account will be returned to you once the required KYC process is completed.

Termination by Jambitoto: Jambitoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Holding multiple accounts, which is prohibited.
• Failure to verify identity when requested within the specified timeframe.

In the event of termination due to a violation, jambitoto reserves the right to withhold funds in the affected account until the investigation is concluded.

9. Liability Limits

Jambitoto provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the platform at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jambitoto is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gaming activity on the platform.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond jambitoto's control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Third-party content or links that may be referenced on the platform.

Under no circumstances shall jambitoto's total liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10. Amendment of Terms

Jambitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the jambitoto website.

We will endeavor to notify members of material amendments via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the amendment is required urgently for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the jambitoto platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure outlined in Section 8.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the jambitoto platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

If a resolution through negotiation cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with procedures agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration decision is final and binding.

The official language used in these Terms and all related communications is Bahasa Melayu. However, an English version may be provided for reference purposes only.
